Face to face interview with the Senior Manager, after clearing that face 2 face interview with the AGM Operations, after this face 2 face interview with the regional head and once the regional head cleared me then the face 2 face interview with Human resource manager at site office Noida.
More of a conversation about what my experience was, my availability, my preference, uniform, a tour and explaination of the training I would need to do. Very relaxed atmousphere and staff.
3 interview rounds with a straightforward hiring process at GBS Mumbai’s NESCO Business Park office. The process is conducted in person and feels structured, clear, and fairly direct without unnecessary delays.
Good, professional, thought-provoking. There were two people asking questions. They asked behavioural questions and situational questions also. It lasted up to 45 minutes. I was prepared so I enjoyed it.
