There were three rounds in total.
Two Technical and one hiring manager round.
The interviews were really easy. The interviews were friendly but I guess that was the red flag because my interviews went really well but in my hiring manager round I was asked how do i suspect a thief in public for which i gave 4-5 points but they kept me on hold saying that my reasoning is not good. Exact words of HR "Your technical skills were really impressive but the manager thought that your reasoning is not so good thats why we are interviewing other candidates as well and keeping u on hold". I am not sure they are hiring some engineer or a police or someone for crime investigation. All my rounds i asked the interviewers about why their glassdoor reviews are that bad and each one of them had same answer that people who face issues in a company tend to give negative reviews and people who are happy definitely do not post anything on any platform. But after my own experience now i know what kind of people they have. I am literally posting this after a month because at first i thought let it be but then i thought i should tell my experience to other people it might be helpful for others. Before the interviews the HR was so nice that i can't even explain and after the last round when i called her to ask for review she pretended like my call is a waste of time for her. All the negative reviews here are so correct, literally a bunch of arrogant and fake people working together. Till date i haven't received any feedback for my interview. They didnt even care to send a rejection email forget about calling and informing. They dont even have guts to do that because they know what are they doing. They literally ghosted me. I feel like the salary that i asked for which was just 20% increment from my current salary doesnt fit into their budget, which i specifically mentioned before interview. So if that was the case they shouldn't have started my interview process.
