Applied and recieved an email a month later for a phone interview. The interview was 2 hours and asked very similar, long winded questions. They took around 15 seconds on mute to discuss my answers. Used the STAR method, but was still cut off. Unfortunately, it felt like I was being hounded for answers and like my answers werent good enough. Not expecting a call back.

I went through the bilingual interview. There was 3 people in my interview. They did the behavioral questions. I also got an additional interview translating something from English to Spanish. Pretty simple and straight forward.
Applied and interviewed with two people then did extensive background paperwork. The interview process was to the point and not too complicated. The interview process to hire took maybe a couple of weeks or so.

Interview
The interview was a phone interview with one interviewer and it took about 45 minutes with maybe ten to fifteen questions. It was fairly easy and the interviewer was nice.
