A screening with the HR and 3 1:1 interviews with the hiring manager, his manager and his peer manager. The interviewers very very friendly and respectful. The hiring manager ended the interview in the dot, the others were willing to stay longer and answer questions.
After the 4 rounds never heard from the company again, not even “thank you for your time, you are not a fit”.

The overall time the process took was average, but it felt very disjointed. There were 5 online interviews spread out over the course of 2 weeks. The team was not aligned on the roles and responsibilities and all seemed to be asking different questions. The questions were straight forward and direct.
