Interview
Talked to a recruiter at a college career fair, they called me about two weeks later to set up an interview. I interviewed with HR and 2 engineers for about and hour. They called me with an offer about a week later. Overall, it was quick and easy. They were very up front about what I'd be doing and what their timeline was for hiring.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Snyder & Associates (Ankeny, IA) in Apr 2014
Interview
Spoke with various representatives at the career fair and submitted my resume. They reached out to me to schedule an in-person interview at their Ankeny office.
The interview was held in a formal conference room. I was interviewed simultaneously by the HR Director and two engineers. They asked me questions based off my resume and scenario-based questions. At the end of my interview, the HR Director gave me a walking tour of the office.
I was called the next day with a verbal offer. The written offer, however, took a couple weeks.
