I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Snowflake
Interview
The process was explained to me as follows:
1. 15 minute screening call with hiring manager
2. 45 minute virtual interview with hiring manager
3. Tech screening (virtual interview)
4. Situational Interview
5. Panel interview (presentation style)
I made it to the 45 minute interview with the hiring manager where we talked about the role and discussed my previous job experience. It felt like the interview went well and my experience was very relevant, but I got ghosted after this interview.
The two conversations I had with the company seemed fine, but being ghosted with no kind of feedback or rejection email felt unprofessional, especially after I invested prep time learning about the company.
