The interview process was extremely disorganized, and the recruiter provided very poor communication and support throughout. There was little clarity around expectations, timelines, or next steps, and the overall experience felt very disappointing and unprofessional.

Me captaron a través de un headhunter en LinkedIn. Primera entrevista con RRHH (fácil) en conocer tu perfil y motivación, entrevista con Hiring Manager (media) enfocada en conocer tu motivación, preguntas de comportamiento y preguntas técnicas fáciles. La última entrevista fue 1-1 con otra persona que no se sabía mi nombre, se pensaba que era Italiano y donde principalmente habló él... A partir de ahí nadie me dijo nada, obviamente no interesaba pero un respuesta clara y profesional es de agradecer. Su proceso de selección tiene mucho que mejorar.

Great interview process, not too hard of questions. Lots of cons though.
The interview process took too long, about 1 month and a half. I had 5 interviews, passed every single one, was the last one & only guy left by the 3rd interview. Got to the 5th and waited 2 weeks after (now 2 months at this point) and they told me their company decided they’re doing a hiring freeze
