SnapDragon Associates interview questions

Very disapointing experience with SnapDragon / Red Oak. They have little to no control over the partners they are working for. Provide little to no feedback beyond, "we don't know, the hiring company is not getting back to us." They blamed the hiring company on 3 separate searches that they reached out to me for after multiple interview steps and positive feedback. Just went cold with no feedback at all. With the market as good as it is right now, this organization is only focused on what is good for them and managing a good balabce between their retsined search partners and the candidates they are potentially placing. It is very short sighted.
