Informative, shop tour, questions about qualities, experience with machines and also technical skills. Communication and ability to write technical documents. Self motivated and willing to ask questions to experienced shop floor workers.
2 rounds with technical head then panel round video interviews over a couple of days.
Very good experience. Took me a out two months. All interviews were on video. Pretty diverse panel
