      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Snap-on (San Diego, CA)

      Interview

Applied online, asked to take another questionnaire, got scheduled for a phone interview. When the date and time rolled around for my phone interview, no one called. I logged onto my dashboard login with Snap-On and it just said on there: not selected. I think that it was extremely rude to not uphold an appointment that was scheduled. I would of rather received a phone call stating that we reviewed your resume and decided to go with another candidate. Perfectly fine! That is the nature of the business. But not holding an appointment. Speaks volumes about the company that you are hoping to gain employment with. I guess I am glad that I figured it out before I spent anymore time pursuing the position.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Snap-on (San Bernardino, CA)

      Interview

Applied online. Scheduled for phone interview. Interview was then cancelled for position filled. Position was empty a week later and phone interview was rescheduled. Phone interview was 30-45 mins, performed by HQ employee. Was contacted by hiring manager and had in person interview 1-2 weeks later. Typical interview, manager spoke as if I already had the job, weird...Given a follow up date two weeks post interview however I was never contacted. Followed up but still nothing. Very strange and disjointed hiring process. Felt swindled of time and energy, 2-3 months and not even a "thanks but no thanks" email.
