The whole process took 13 weeks. I applied to an open position online. It took them 3 weeks after applying to get back with me and then it took them 4 weeks to set up the interview. After the interview, it took them 6 weeks to give me a decision.

Did you argue with your previous supervisors when you disagreed with them?
that was good. they were 3 people and it was 30 min. they asked about everything and they seemed to be so good with me how ever they did not accept me for the position.
The interview process was for a entry level position and was fairly standard for an architecture firm. There was no hard-hitting question. I got the sense it was mostly to evaluate if you would fit the company culture. I did have to walk through my portfolio and give examples of problems solved, team issues, etc. on projects.
