I applied online at their website. Phone screen 3 weeks later, and the next week I got invited for an on site interview at Memphis. The interview is base on the STAR format with 3 engineering managers, the whole thing last about an hour. The engineers were nice to talk to. The office and the factory floor was nice and clean, but Memphis is a dump though
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Smith+Nephew in Jan 2011

employees were friendly - interviews with upper management were more relaxed and conversational interviews, whereas interviews with peers were more tense.
