Applied to Software Developer position. There are 3 rounds in total. The interview process took 1.5 months. Two technical rounds and one behavior round. When you pass all three rounds, a HR representative will contact you for compensation negotiation. Be noted that you may experience a long waiting time after round 2.

Had a telephonic interview with Solution Architect who contacted me post my application on the college recruitment board. The conversation revolved around my experience and college projects and other behavioral questions. I was told that I would be informed about the next rounds in a week's time. It has been more than 1.5 months and I never heard from the team back. Followed up multiple time, but no response.
