Interview
Submit resume online. Most of the people who work there are hired because they know someone else who works there. They try to hire people who are already working within the industry, i.e. competitors. For the field, they have you fill out an application, take a math test, then ask about your experience. For the office, they want people who can handle high volumes of calls and/or work each day. Must pass back ground check, physical and/or drug test for any job at the company, including office work.
