Interview
Initial Interview 1 1.5 hours - informal get to know you lunch interview with VP of Eng and 2 Dev leads - went well
Follow up technical interview - occurred later the same week - was supposed to be a full day technical interview but was ended early after 3 hours - left me feeling shortchanged for having allocated my entire day to their process, also made me feel disrespected as though I had been quickly judged to have little to no value by at least one of the interviewers

Question 1
(Technical Interview Process Structure followed on 2nd day as well as questions and tasks that were posed):
1) whiteboard design session conducted by 2 individuals, a dev lead and one of his team members - design a movie theater web site / application with main focus or allowing online sales of tickets, followed by pair programming session with different individual
2) participated in short scrum like gathering of one lead's direct reports
3) pair programming session with another lead - design / implement a grocery store checkout application that took into account standard pricing for skus as well as special discounted (based on volume) pricing
