Online group interview, asked to sell a product around us with the features and benefits and talk about what made us fit for the role and stand out in the group
2 steps - first on the phone and then face to face with regional manager and store manager. Very standardised interview questions were asked. Nothing challenging, based on experience questions.

Interview
The interview was very laid back. About 20 minutes in total. Mainly wanted to run through my CV to see where I had the skills they were after and wanted to know what my idea of customer service was and if i had ever upsold before. I was also asked how to minimise theft.

Interview
It has been my best interview so far, the managers were very easy to talk to and were making jokes so I felt very comfortable as someone who gets nervous during interviews. It did not feel like they were quizzing me, it genuinely felt like they wanted to know more.
