Interview
Typical beginning phone call, in-person interview a week or so later, one-on-ones with four people for an hour and a half, learn whether or not you get the job the next day.
First person you talk to coaches you through the rest of the day, while rest of interviewers ask normal, non-challenging questions (some not even related to the job, the company or your experience).
Majority of interviewers explained job as "entering a battle zone" of angry clients on the phone all day. One person actually told me I would be bored in this job. Within the first 30 minutes on site, the job I applied for was described completely differently than posted online. During my last interview, I was actually asked to conduct the interview.
One of the weirdest things about this interview process was being asked how they did at the end of the in-person interview, during the offer phone call and the additional phone call after I declined the position. There was general confusion as to why I declined the position, even after I explained the strange interview process I went through.

Interview
Standard interview process. Was contacted by HR for initial phone call interview. This is basically is screening process regarding experience. Very transparent about salary (below average for Bay Area), left the ball in my court as to whether or not to proceed to in person interview since salary was substantially less than what I earned at my previous job.
We set up the in person interview the following week. I interviewed with 5 different people (4 managers and the director of the client relations). I was very impressed with each manager, they were very informative and passionate about their jobs. They asked mostly standard questions, but were very engaged and answered all my questions very throughly. The Director kept it informal as well but asked some great questions about some of my achievements from my resume, it felt more like a positive conversation/working session that an interview.
