first things is Tall me about your self and what is your favourite subjects and after that he is asking basics of analog electronics and digital electronics. VLSI related questions and current technology.MOSFET related questions,timing closure, pinchoff,CMOS characteristics and current equation for Linear as well as Saturation.

Interview
Initially they had a telephonic round.
After round 1 they will have a round on microsoft teams.
Basic digital and verilog questions.
Project questions, which u have done in college.
Basics of system verilog and UVM.
3 round online interview. Technical interview followed by HR interview . Some times after this there might a client interview also .it depends not always. Technical interview is main to clear this .
