The whole interviewing process was a huge disappointment. It was a 5 round interview within the span of 2 months, including "culture fit" rounds with different departments. The interviewers were very friendly and I enjoyed talking to all of them. HR was respectful and responsive until after the final interview. HOWEVER, there were many red flags during the process and after the final interview. The first red flag is that I had to send a week after follow up emails to HR to get the opportunity for the next round of interviews. Second red flag was during my 4th round: while I was talking to the first interviewer (of 3), HR emailed me the exact time of my scheduled interview and stated they had to reschedule for the other 2 interviewers (which took about 2 weeks). The third and final flag was the lack of response after my final round interview. HR replied to my first email stating that they reached out to the interviewers of the final round and "circle back" when they receive an update. Haven't head anything for 5 weeks (more than a month after the final interview). I sent 5 additional weekly follow up emails and its radio silence. I have been ghosted. Felt like I wasted my time in this hiring process.
