Smart Start Academy interview questions

Simple questions not meant to make or break the hiring process. They ask if you've had child experience, or a job prior. But regardless, they don't really take that too into account.

The interview process was very quick and simple. I only did one interview before being offered the role. They asked pretty simple questions and focused mainly on availability and experience. Once we were done, they invited me back on-site to work for a couple of hours as a trial. After that, I officially started onboarding.
