Smart Growth America interview questions

I had three rounds of interviews, the last round was with the President. I followed up several times and did not hear back from them until a few months after the interview when they said the search was taking longer than expected. I finally heard back that I did not receive the job about 2.5 months after the interviews.

There were three rounds of interviews for an entry-level position stretched out across a month and a half, and after all that, they couldn't even bother to send an email letting me know they'd selected somebody else. I had to ask if a decision had been made to find out. Complete disregard for my time.
