Smart Cookie Learning Center interview questions

The interview progress was very casual. The supervisor asked simple questions; such as "what qualifications do you have for this position?" "do you have any experience at a day care?" and "what are your expectations of this company." I was required to present a copy of my resume, but no transcripts, letters of recommendation, or letter of interest was required. We toured the learning center and she explained what my duties were, but only minimally.
