My experience with this company was extremely frustrating. I successfully completed a technical interview and a thorough test assignment for one team, receiving positive feedback, only to be told the position was suddenly closed. Later, I was asked to repeat a very similar test for another team, which felt redundant and a waste of time. Despite spending many hours completing the assignment, it seems my work was not fully reviewed or considered.!!!!!!!!
The process feels disorganized, inconsistent, and dismissive of candidates’ time and effort. While individual recruiters were polite, the company’s approach to hiring and evaluating candidates is unprofessional and inefficient. I would caution potential applicants to be aware of the lack of transparency and the unnecessarily repetitive assessments.!!!!
Had discussion with head of IT - Pavel. Nothing mentioned in job description(e.g. kubernetes, cloud, terraform, ansible...no questions), looks like he generated questions from his previous experions and the most important how he asked....extremely arrogant person.
Before spending your time for such interviews , double check with recruiters if job description is up to date and what exact explanations.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slotegrator (Prague) in Nov 2024
Interview
There were three stages of the interview process:
1. HR interview.
2. Test assignment (finding bugs on a website).
3. Technical interview.
The test assignment was quite interesting, with a variety of bugs to find. I also needed to identify the most critical bug and write a detailed bug report for it.
The technical interview was with three QA team leads. They asked a lot of technical questions, and I found it interesting to answer them.
The atmosphere was very friendly.
