Unprofessional and disrepectful. After the phone interview they had me come in to the store for an interview with the cofounder, what a waste of time. Asked the normal questions that companies always ask. Never was contacted again after several follow up emails and phone calls!? I have'nt experienced this kind of ghosting in the past ten years of my sales experience, what a joke. It's not rocket science you're selling here; your product is super basic, and this entails answering inbound calls with a 50% or more sales rate. I understand some or all of you guys are transplants here, but it's a smaller knit community than you'd probably think in Charleston. Acting like this will surely have you scraping the bottom of the barrel for decent staff in no time. Luckily I'm overqualified for this position anyway, and quickly found something that pays me almost double what they offered.
