Seattle. Recruiter reached out within a week of my application, set up a call to understand my background. During that call, recruiter provided helpful info to guide my expectations of the next interview and the process as a whole–extremely helpful.
Second round was a 50-min interview (in-person) with the hiring manager, format was conversational and allowed for both of us to ask and answer questions. It was clear there were certain skills and experiences being "checked" in this round. Heard back in a day to set up the next round of interviews.
Third round was a series on 1:1 interviews (in-person) with various people I would collaborate with in this role. Format was once again very conversational, very clear what was being asked and why, lots of space to dialogue and ask questions and good questions were appreciated and acknowledged by everyone.
Ultimately did not get an offer but the recruiter called me to let me know and provide clear feedback (so valuable and rarely happens).
Recruiter was the best, and everyone else I met was great. Based on these interactions, this is a great place to work.
