I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Boston, MA) in Dec 2020
Interview
The recruiter I worked with was excellent. She was very organized and I always felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. If I could give her an 11/10 in overall experience I would!
Every single team member I interviewed with was impressive. They all had great credentials, were very seasoned professionals, and extremely personable. Overall, my interview experience was very positive. They asked very good questions, took the time to answer mine, and even followed up with me throughout the process which I appreciated immensely!
Screening with Recruiter, 3 rounds of interviews (one with practice lead, one with people leader, one with people leader of practice lead). Interview questions included behavioural questions, general questions about background, and light case questions

Question 1
Walk me through how you would approach this project
4 rounds of interviews. Very casual. They asked about my background and my goals. I was given time to ask questions about the firm, as well. Everyone was very friendly and inviting.

From the moment I applied, the entire process was impressively smooth and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the team reached out to schedule our initial conversation.
