I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Slalom
Interview
The interview process was extremely friendly, transparent and welcoming. Slalom is committed to it's core values, and hiring individuals who can contribute to the culture and work, the interview process is reflective of this. They are eager to get to know you as a person, your life, what you value, as well as your work experience and goals for the future.

Question 1
There were two rounds of interviews, the first was a behavioral interview to get a better understanding of who I am, the work experience I have and if I'd be a good fit at Slalom. The second interview was a mix of a case interview and meeting the leadership team.
Thanks for this review! You phrased it perfectly - we love to hire folks that contribute and add to our culture, as it truly is a function of everyone who is part of the Slalom family. Welcome aboard!
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
