The interview process was relaxed but certainly probing. More of good discussion discussion around approach and consulting philosophy than any sort of interrogation. It was really great meeting several different people during the process and getting to ask lots of questions about the approach to serving clients and the Slalom way. Having met so many great people through the process I was very comfortable by the end that this was somewhere I wanted to be. The talent team were great and keeping me informed during the process and sharing feedback after each session.
