I was recruited for a cross-market delivery leadership consultant role. After learning more about the role that it required 80-100% travel, I realized I wasn't interested in the role, but the work sounded very interesting. They connected me with the Boston market, so we began the process form there. I worked mainly with recruiting and had interviews with various consultants and practice area leaders/directors. In total, I had a phone screen and three in-person interviews. Everyone I met was quite personable and easy to chat with.
