Overall, an enjoyable experience with feedback at each stage and eventually an offer, which I asked if they could ammend. Initially they were offering a 12 months FTC, but then offered the same role to another person and my role was reduced to 4 months. I challenged this and they raised it back to 12 months, which was what I was looking for.
