Sent a resume, and then met with the Development Director. The interview was about 45 minutes long. Time passed quickly. Questions weren't tough at all. Really just wanted to confirm my experience, knowledge and learn about my working style. It was a good fit. I wanted to know more about how the previous fiscal year had closed, since the documents weren't publicly available at the time. I appreciated an honest answer, and also learning about the plan for improvement in the year ahead.
