I applied online. I interviewed at Skylight Healthcare Systems (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
One interview with 12 people in 1 day. Intense, but got everything out of the way at one time. I started with the receptionist and made my way to the CEO by end of day.
I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Skylight Healthcare Systems (San Diego, CA) in May 2014
Interview
Applied through college careers website. Was contacted many weeks later by email with a questionnaire asking me to detail all of my strengths and weaknesses as well as my technical background. A couple days later, the Director of IT emailed back to set up an interview after stating my answers were exemplary.
The in-person interviews went very well with the director and his network admin... not so well with the Director of Operations, who didn't really seem invested in the position.
Overall, I was expecting an offer but then even after multiple contact attempts by email and phone, I never heard a word back. And this was after the Director specifically informed me on the way out that they would not leave me hanging... I would hear back that same week.
Most unprofessional company I have ever interviewed with.

Question 1
Why are you interested in this position? (This is a trick question... don't fall for it. They have an expected answer, which is something along the lines of blowing sunshine about how unique their product is and how awesome it would be to work on it.)
