The recruitment process felt structured and relevant to the role. I first had a brief screening with HR to discuss my background and motivation. Then, I met the hiring manager for a more technical discussion focused on procurement operations, supplier management, and problem-solving scenarios. I was also asked practical questions reflecting real buyer situations. Overall, the process allowed me to clearly demonstrate both my technical skills and my ability to handle operational challenges in procurement.
