I had a presentation, a one on one interview with the recruiter! Asked me a couple questions , was sincere! Loved the process and felt instantly at ease! Got an email with a CJO less than a week later! This airline has a lot of perks that other regionals don’t. Highest pay for regionals as well as pre boarding pay!

Why do you want to be a flight attendant with SkyWest?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
