I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Burbank, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
During the interview, there was a large number of candidates, which led to us being divided into two groups.
The interview consisted of three stages.
In the first stage, we were told about the airline and the duties of a flight attendant. I didn't like that the interviewer was reading all the information from a piece of paper, all the information she read was listed on the website so it was boring to listen. At the end of this part, we had the opportunity to ask her questions about the job.
The second stage required us to show ourselves and answer a key question, which I will mention later. After this stage, we waited for the results of the group interview for about 40 minutes.
Then, they announced the list of candidates who had successfully passed the group stage, followed by the third stage - an individual interview with each candidate.

Question 1
Name 3 main qualities for working as a flight attendant. And why you're good for this role.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
