      Interview

      It was pretty chill. Half the questions were technical and half were soft questions. I would say it was a good experience overall and I would recommend applying. I have been waiting a long time for a class dates and thats a pain.

      Can you tell us about your aviation background and flying experience? What motivated you to become a pilot, and why are you interested in working for our airline? Describe a challenging flight situation you have faced in the past and how you handled it. How do you ensure safety is your top priority in every flight operation? Walk us through your decision-making process when faced with an emergency situation during a flight. How do you handle communication and coordination with air traffic control and other crew members? Describe your experience with different types of aircraft and your ability to adapt to new aircraft quickly. How do you stay updated with the latest aviation regulations, procedures, and technological advancements? Can you provide an example of a time when you had to work as part of a team in a high-pressure environment? How do you manage your workload and prioritize tasks during flight operations? Explain your understanding of crew resource management and how you apply it in your flying duties. How do you ensure effective communication and collaboration with passengers, particularly in challenging situations? Describe a time when you received feedback on your performance as a pilot and how you incorporated that feedback to improve. How do you maintain situational awareness and stay prepared for unexpected changes or challenges during a flight? Tell us about a time when you had to make a difficult decision that involved balancing operational requirements and safety considerations.

      Introduction, HR, Technical Questions. Know Jeppeson Charts. Study the material provided. Decoding Metars, Tafs. 2-1/2 Hours. It took 1 week to hear back from them. Interviewer was nice and relaxed. The first interview was a one on one virtual interview.
