Interview
It was thorough and informative. Overall, a fun experience and left with the impression that the current flight attendants who were the interviewers are making sure they choose the best candidates.

Question 1
What’s a particularly challenging customer you’ve had to deal with and how did you address this situation?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
