Skywest: Clear, concise and straight forward process. After I applied, I had to do an on-demand assessment . Next step was the option for a virtual interview and right after , I knew whether or not I got my CJO . Also impressed by Envoy Air. The company OFFERS to fly you for a face to face interview if selected , days or a week after application. Very impressed ! The other two (mainline and regional) airlines I applied to required a virtual interview , then group interview /assessments and after these steps -expect you to cover flight costs to their F2F if you’re out of town .
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
