Interview
It was great. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The only delay I experienced was hearing back from SkyWest post-interview. We were told 3 weeks, but I didn’t hear back for 6 weeks. I reached out several times to inquire, but didn’t receive a response.

Question 1
Scenario: A First Class passenger boards late (because she had to get her Starbucks) and all the overhead bins in First Class are full. She’s irritated and doesn’t want to put her carry-on in coach or the aircraft’s AFT. What do I do?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
