I applied online. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines in Oct 2019
Interview
I applied online and right away you are offered a group interview at a domicile of your choice, I went to the one in Detroit. For me registration started at 5 and the interviews started at 6, when you get there and hand them your resume is what determines the order that you go in for interviews. Since the group of interviewees was small (around 23 people) we skipped the elevator pitch and went straight to face to face interviews. There were three recruiters there and they were pulling people one at a time each, I was towards the middle/end of the group so I had to wait awhile before it was my turn to be called. The recruiter that I had was really nice and asked me a handful of questions, both personal and situational, once you're finished with the face to face interview portion you're free to go. I talked to a few other hopeful flight attendants afterwards and they all expressed that they found their recruiter friendly and easy to talk to. They said that we would find out in 3 weeks if we were offered an opportunity to participate in training and I'm currently waiting to hear back.

Question 1
If the flight is delayed an hour and a customer is upset because it looks like they're going to miss their connecting flight, you look it up and you find out that they're most likely going to, what do you do?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
