Interview
Attended a recruitment event after reading many positive reviews regarding SkyWest. Recruiters were very friendly. I enjoyed the process...after the initial self introduction to the group. My nerves seemed to get me a little during this part. You are given several breaks, and it was nice meeting other candidates and learning about their various journeys. Face-face was very relaxed as well. I believe this is due to the individual recruiters, and I felt they were phenomenal! Currently, waiting to hear back!

Question 1
Questions were about my resume, STAR based, and situational.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
