I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
There was a presentation to explain roles and responsibilities as a flight attendant. Overall how the process goes and how training is run. They advised of disqualifications such as not making the training period or any tattoos and prior plans that would have to be put off until the end of the probationary period. There was time for questions, and then a break before going into the group interview question, and based off of the presentations they will personally interview applicants

The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
