I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Interview started exactly on time. There is a check in. There were around 25 people and 3 recruiters. They give you the requirments for the job, followed by a 20 minute break. This is a time to self-select and leave if you don't meet the requirments. After the break, we were called on to give a 1 minute introduction and why we would make a great FA in front of the group. They call on you based on your arrival time, fyi. So if you checked in first, then you will most likely go first for the introduction. After that, they post a list on who makes it to the one on one portioin of the interview. At this point, i think we were about 10 to 12 people that made it to the next round. The one on one is straight forward. you sit down with one recruiter and answer interview quiestions for about 20 mins. Then you're told you'll find out in 2 weeks through Email. I am still waiting to hear back.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
