Once all candidates finished the instructors adjourned to a conference room to select the finalists. The 12 names were posted on the conference door. All others were dismissed. Next came the one on one interviews where your resume was reviewed and questions were asked. After the roughly 15 minute interview I was told they would contact me with either a interested or not interested. - I was offered the job.
