A very positive experience in which the interviewing staff made sure we were all aware of the commitment Skywest was asking of us. We were introduced to the demands this position would have on our bodies and how important teamwork is. Especially since we are hired on as part time seasonal and most have another full time job.

Met at a hotel and had to wait my turn for an interview with about 10 other people. Sat down one on one with a recruiter. Easy questions and a pleasant experience.

Interview
Interview was done by a Senior employee of Skywest, nice nice lady. The other individual was new to the position as station manager for 6 months. She has zero managerial experience and requires a lot of business acumen as to How to handle employees from differing backgrounds. The process was 15 people interviewed, 13 jobs were extended and no physical was done previously to being offered the position. There were men in their 70's that were hired.

Short and to the point. I was nervous but I stayed focus on the person that asked questions not the people was there for the interview. This is my second time applied for SkyWest and the second round was a lot more easier.
