the process was just like I have read. I had to explain in 60 seconds why I would be a good flight attendant for Skywest airlines. After everyone went and did their 60 second speech there was a break and the recruiters decided who they wanted to have a face to face interview with.

It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
