Interview
You are greeted by the “interviewing crew” which are very professional and friendly. Your height is measured then put in a room where you are briefed. Then they call you up one by one to tell a little about yourself. They then break and you wait until they come up with a list of those they want to keep, the rest go home. If you make the cut you interview one on one with one of the flight attendants. After that you leave and wait 6-8 weeks to either get an exceptance email or a rejection email.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
