they were highing for flight attendant .. felt it was a cattle call and was rushed to get things done and not giving time for the person to get a chance to talk. a 3min talk about self and why you feel ou work be good to hire.. then they went to luch and put 8 names on a list for 3 groups out of a room of about 35 to 40 in each group for 2nd interview.

did not even make it to one on one interview very disappointed on the was it was handled
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
