I applied online. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Houston, TX)
Interview
There was a recruiter waiting to direct us in the correct direction. Walked to a table setup to check in and turn in resume. The recruiters were all really professional & nice! They went over the itinerary for the day then asked for questions. I didn’t have questions because I did LOTS of research prior to the interview. Be sure to do your research to help move the process forward quickly. We then took a break. They had water setup for us. Came back to answer “Why do you want to be a Flight Attendant?”. There were AMAZING answers in my group I was worried! After everyone answered the question we took another break (longest break of my life lol). Felt like cheer tryouts all over again! I was so nervous!!! They posted the list of who were invited to stay for a “one on one”. I GOT PICKED!!! I was so excited but I contained myself considering everyone didn’t get picked. After that you wait to be called for your one on one interview. They tell you it’ll be 2 weeks before you receive an email....my interview was yesterday so <fingers crossed>
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
