Interview
Group interview, very nice, kind friendly recruiters. Very informative. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Arrive early, dress the part, do your homework. Be ready to give a speech in less than 60 sec. as to why you will make a great Flight Attendant. Mingle with other applicants and smile.
It’s not stressful at all. After everyone gives a speech. They choose who will be offered a F2F. Only 8 out of the 40
people were chosen for the F2F. Thankfully I was chosen. After after the F2F. Wait for a email within 2 weeks to know if your are offered the CJO or TBNT.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
